Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using a prepared script.
Present the service, explain features and benefit, and answer questions.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Record customer information and feedback.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Requirements:
Previous Telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
